Development of the site at One43 Merrion Road in Ballsbridge, which is well established as one of South Dublin’s premier residential addresses, involves the design and build of 63 residential 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments.  

The development was designed by award winning architects, Urban Agency who are based in Dublin, Copenhagen and Lyon.

The structural design was completed using post-tensioning.

ClearTech, working closely with the design team, is providing value engineering structural design services for the slabs, using the ClearTech post tensioning system.

Design delivery incorporates Lean Construction principles.
