This city centre project involves the demolition of an existing office block and the design and build of a new 7-8 storey building, comprising a floor area of approximately 7,456sqm. 

ClearTech's scope covered the design, supply and installation of the post-tensioning solution. 

The contractor is working to achieve LEED Gold Standard on this project.  Post-Tensioning contributed to the sustainability of the construction and enhanced the LEED .
