As part of the  BREXIT strategy Shannon Free  Airport Development Company have developed new office and warehousing in the Shannon Duty Free Zone.  

Block C is the first of these office blocks offering  Grade A offices complex  to international  inward investment companies. 

SFADco  have developed a 6000m2  office block with wide open column less space affording future clients complete scope to develop their own requirements.

ClearTech's scope covered  the value engineering of the original design and ultimately the  design, supply and installation of the post-tensioning solution.

The building is three floors high with roof. The design was fast tracked to suit the contractors construction programme and the installation of the slabs was completed on time and within budget.
